Hello everyone.
Myself Dr. Ashwini Alpesh Naik. I am physiotherapist by profession. I love reading , writing , traveling and exploring new things. I am very comfortable with books than people around me. I believe “A reader lives thousand life’s before he dies“.
I am not a professional writer nor a philosopher. At the age of 12 I wrote first poem of my life. From then I developed habit of writing. But my actual journey as writer started in 2020. I have Habit of observing things, nature, people around me.
Name of our website is very special for me.
The ‘ A N Minds ‘!!!
A stands for Ashwini as well as Alpesh. And N stand for Naik.’ Minds ‘means ” The part of someone that thinks, feels and remembers.”
This blog’s are all about my thoughts, my feelings about people, books, recent issues, basically day to day life events. I am trying to express my feelings and thoughts in simple words.

नमस्कार..
मी पूर्वाश्रमीची डॉ. अश्विनी अनिल पांचाळ आणि आता डॉ. अश्विनी अल्पेश नाईक. मी फिजिओथेरपिस्ट आहे. मला वाचनाची, लिखाणाची, प्रवासाची आवड आहे. माणसांपेक्षा मी पुस्तकांमध्ये जास्त रमते. आयुष्यातली पहिली वहीली कविता वयाच्या १२ व्या वर्षी लिहिली. असच कधी तरी अधे मध्ये काहीतरी लिहिण्याची सुरुवात झाली. पण खऱ्या अर्थाने २०२० मध्ये माझ्या लिखाणाच्या प्रवासाची सुरुवात झाला. मला आसपासच्या गोष्टी, निसर्ग, माणसं, यांचे निरीक्षण करायला फार आवडते. कदाचित ही आवड मला माझ्या प्रोफेशनमुळे निर्माण झाली असावी. निरीक्षणातून आपण बरेच काही शिकतो असे मला वाटते. माझी हीच आवड बरेचदा माझ्या लिखाणातून झळकते. लेखिका म्हणण्या इतपत माझे लिखाण नाही. तरी सुद्धा वाचकांनी वेळोवळी दाद दिली.आणि म्हणून सतत नवनवीन काहीतरी लिहिण्याचे प्रोत्साहन मिळत गेले. त्यासाठी मी नेहमीच वाचकांची आभारी राहीन.
ह्या वेबसाईटला ‘ A N Minds ‘ नाव देण्याचेही खास कारण आहे. A म्हणजे अश्विनी तसेच A म्हणजे अल्पेश. आणि N म्हणजे अर्थातच नाईक. Minds म्हणजे “The part of someone that thinks, feels and remembers.” थोडक्यात ‘ मन ‘. ही वेबसाईट आम्हा दोघांच्या विचारांचं आणि मनाच प्रतीक आहे.
